Who is responsible for your data
Nollaknit, based in Helsinki, Finland, is the controller for personal data used to operate this store and fulfil orders. Privacy enquiries: hello@nollaknit.com.
Information we process
Stripe processes payment details. Nollaknit does not receive or store your full card number.
- Contact and delivery details: name, email, telephone number, and address.
- Order details: products, quantities, prices, payment status, and correspondence.
- Account details: email, saved delivery profile, sign-in sessions, and linked orders.
- Technical information needed for delivery and security, such as IP address, browser details, and request logs.
- A shopping cart stored locally in your browser.
Why we use it
We use personal data to perform the sales contract, take payment, deliver orders, handle returns and customer service, prevent misuse, secure the store, and comply with accounting, tax, and consumer-law obligations. Optional direct marketing is based on consent.
Service providers and transfers
Data is shared only as needed with Stripe, Cloudflare, Resend, delivery providers, and professional advisers. Some providers may process information outside Finland or the EEA using an adequacy decision, contractual safeguards, or another lawful GDPR mechanism.
Retention and browser storage
Order and accounting records are kept as required by Finnish law. Other information is kept only as long as necessary. Account sessions expire after 30 days. Account data remains until deletion is requested, except records we must retain. The store currently uses no advertising or behavioural analytics cookies; browser storage keeps your cart and a necessary secure cookie keeps you signed in.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Contact us to exercise these rights. You may also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman of Finland.
