Where we deliver
Nollaknit currently accepts online orders for delivery within Finland. International delivery is not yet available through checkout.
Delivery price
- Orders of 1–4 pairs: €5.50.
- Orders of 5 or more pairs: free Finland delivery.
The full delivery charge is shown before you continue to Stripe Checkout.
Dispatch and delivery estimates
We normally prepare orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery within Finland is generally expected within approximately 2–5 business days after dispatch. These times are estimates rather than guaranteed dates, and public holidays or carrier disruption may cause delays.
Your delivery details
Please check your name, address, postal code, city, email address, and telephone number before paying. Contact us promptly if you notice an error after placing your order. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.
Delayed, damaged, or missing deliveries
If an order is delayed beyond the expected period, arrives damaged, or appears to be missing, email hello@nollaknit.comwith your order number. We will review the delivery information and help arrange the appropriate next step.
