Your 15-day return period
You may notify us of a return within 15 calendar days after receiving your order. No reason is required. This extended policy does not reduce any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you, including the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for most online purchases in the EU.
After notifying us, send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notice. Please contact us before mailing anything so that we can confirm the return instructions and address.
Condition of returned socks
You may inspect the product as you reasonably would in a shop. Returned socks should be clean, unworn beyond that inspection, and returned with their original packaging where reasonably possible. A refund may be reduced only where permitted by law if handling has diminished the product’s value.
Return delivery costs
For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays the return shipping cost. Use a suitable postal service and keep proof of postage. If an item is incorrect, damaged, or defective, contact us before returning it; we will provide an appropriate remedy and cover necessary return costs where we are legally responsible.
Refunds
Refunds are made to the original payment method. We process refunds without undue delay and within the periods required by law. We may wait until the returned goods arrive or you provide evidence that they have been sent, whichever occurs first.
For a full-order withdrawal made during the statutory withdrawal period, the standard outbound delivery charge is refunded where required by law. For a return notified after the statutory 14-day period but within our voluntary 15-day period, we refund the returned product price; the original delivery charge is not refunded.
Before delivery
You may also withdraw before the goods are delivered. Contact us as soon as possible. If dispatch has already taken place, the normal return instructions and return costs may apply.
