Products and prices
Product descriptions, sizes, compositions, availability, and prices are displayed on the relevant product page. Screen settings and photography may cause minor colour differences. Prices are shown in euro. Delivery charges are displayed before payment.

The store automatically applies the lowest available bundle price.
Orders and payment
Review the cart, contact details, delivery address, and final total before completing Stripe Checkout. An order is accepted when payment is authorised and you receive an order confirmation. If an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you and refund the affected amount.
Delivery
Current delivery destinations, charges, restrictions, and estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Withdrawal and returns
Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains the 15-day return period, how to submit a withdrawal notice, return condition, costs, and refund timing. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.
Incorrect or defective goods
Goods must conform to the contract and applicable consumer law. If an item is incorrect, damaged, or defective, contact us with the order number and a description of the issue. Available remedies may include repair, replacement, a price reduction, or refund as required by law.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Nollaknit is not responsible for indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the order was placed.
Governing law and disputes
Finnish law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protection available under the law of their country of residence. Please contact us first so that we can try to resolve any concern. Consumers may seek guidance from the Finnish Consumer Advisory Services and may refer an unresolved matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board.
